Safety boundaries

This is not public self-service yet — no open anonymous upload portal.
Share preview URLs only behind Vercel Deployment Protection (password, SSO, or trusted IPs).
The operator access token is shared out-of-band — never in the demo URL or on screen recordings.
Do not use real customer data for demos unless your team explicitly approves it.
No RT Davies customer, job, or estimate records are created during capture, review, or approval in this phase.

Demo tips — photo, lighting, and recovery

For a clear capture

Photograph the estimate flat on a table.
Use good, even light — avoid shadows across the page.
Crop close to the paper; fill the frame with the estimate.
Hold the phone steady and review the preview before upload.
Review extracted fields before approval.

If live OCR fails during the demo

Open Saved estimates and select an item you uploaded on Wi‑Fi before the call.
If live OCR fails, use that pre-run item to continue the review and approval story.
Explain that imperfect OCR is normal — human review is where the value is.
Nothing in this demo creates RT Davies records.
